This multi-patented design accommodates both 12.5" wheels for attendant operation and 22" wheels for self propelling independence.
A quick release, detachable upper assembly allows the option of either front (easy reach for early independence and superior indoor maneuverability) or rear wheel drive almost instantly. Simply detach, reverse and re-attach it on the lower mobility base. A sturdy stainless steel latch automatically locks it back into position.
Easy transporting is a hallmark of the device utilizing this same pattented feature. The two components (weighing about 13 lbs. each) are easily stored, even in the smallest of automobiles.
Need the comfort and advantages of tilt-in-space and have the desire for independent movement? Look no more. Our OIS (Orientation in Space) option is the only tilting seating assembly that allows the child to efficiently self-propel.
The unique design allows the shoulders and arms to be in the optimum position for propelling in both the front and rear wheel drive configuraitons.

Adding to the flexibility includes our integrated aluminum seat and back platforms to mount the seat and back surface. We have eliminated the costs, inconvenience and weight of "round tube to flat seating" attaching hardware with our "flat to flat" mounting system.
Adapting to the growing child is simple and easy. Starting with seat widths and depths as small as 6", the same platforms can accommodate growth up to 16" without frame modifications, first with simple adjustment and later by changing the seat and back.
Completing the transition is the availability of our "DOCK" power chair interface. This simple component can mount to a powered mobility base and the detachable upper assembly can be transferred back and forth. Gets dual mobility utilizing a single upper assembly.
